Razzles - Original
"First it's a candy, then it's a gum. Little round Razzles are so much fun." That was the slogan when Razzles debuted in the '60s, a space-age candy with a textured top (the texture is reminiscent of a raspberry, for which the candy was named). Some aficionados hold the candy in their mouths for a moment until it begins to transform from candy to gum before they start chewing -- chewing releases a burst of sweetness followed by tartness. Razzles come in an assortment of orange, lemon, grape, blueberry and raspberry.
Ingredients: Sugar, gum base, citric acid, calcium stearate, artificial flavors, artificial colors (FD&C red 40 lake, blue 1 lake, yellow 5 lake, yellow 6 lake), BHT (to maintain freshness).
